Nashville

Considering a move to Nashville from Asheville (I know) in October.

Tips, advice, or recs?

i lived in Germantown for a year! i thought it was a good city for what i needed at the time. the vibes are very neighborhood specific, so definitely select for that.

yep - I lived in East Nashville towards the end. Chris is steering you right.
Here are my recs, plus 12 south (couldn't highlight more than 5) and really anything in East within walking/running/cycling distance of Shelby Bottoms:

Historic Edgefield was my fav spot. Could walk to Mainstreet. Also would love to bike to Shelby Bottoms and cycle the length of it, and sometimes over a pedestrian bridge to the other side.
