You’re right this could backfire 

It’s hard to detect 100% of IPs and is a cat and mouse game by nature. Polymarket was pretty thorough (it does have holes tho)

At this point you're basically begging a judge to declare all geofencing requirements unenforceable. PolyMarket has one of the better geofences I've encountered, crazy they're being targeted for this (with the caveat that we're currently operating with limited info which could change things).

I imagine it all becomes legal post Jan 20 anyways.
