What all of these futuristic token org ideas lack is any semblance of good corporate governance

It’s not enough to automate the token flows in the system, you need governance — and that is a messy and very human process

No doubt, but the anon stuff doesn’t promise gains — it’s functionality with one token

The token org (aka dao) stuff without proper governance creates too much surface area for taking advantage of people 

Especially in extralegal contexts like brypto

its always a messy and very human process

all the anon stuff is too

imho what's missing is a mindset that before you make decisions, you have to turn tensions into driver statements, do sense-making around them, before drafting proposals to vote on.

Can't go from ADHD text walls in TG or discord to onchain voting by by-passing all the (social) middleware in btween
