I’m breaking up with twitter right now and treated myself to several kindle books I’ve put off buying. I’m slowly replacing the habit with reading and it has been much better for me. That being said I love TV and maybe there’s an underlying reason you’re watching it and it’s worth watching?

Don’t watch TV for 15 years or more. But does Netflix or YouTube counts as a TV?

not having a tv really helps this :) i have a projector and the friction makes watching stuff much more intentional / makes you watch higher quality stuff.

If you feel that way it might be true haha. Then again, TV can be great to shut your mind off, and it’s not all a vice
