Hey Alex, welcome to Farcaster. Saw already some very good accounts to follow in the replies. You could add @chriscocreated and @ahn.eth to that.
Really though: start with the already mentioend @nounishprof, @adrienne, @tako-unik and @pauline-unik.
But, as someone mentioned, also you should follow channels of topics that interest you. If it's art, there's /art, for poetry follow /poetry, there's /football and /f1, /photography /itookaphoto, /food and /travel and so on. If you ever find yourself in Paris, the cool casters there hang out in /paris. I'm doing weekly small creativity prompts in /trpplffct if you're interested. To help keep your brain creative.
