Foam roller / rolling stick is better than stretching imo

Kind of obvious but it works. Stretch mindfully for 10-15 min after each run. Be diligent with ice packs. Discharge massage once every 1-2 weeks.

Refuel - 2:1 carb to protein mix, lots of water Blood flow - massage, foam roll, stretch, ice bath, sauna, hot tub, light active recovery Sleep - get 8-10 hours
