No experience with coding contracts yet. I've actually been using Claude Code recently and it's pretty great, though not sure how well it does with contracts. Would have to try it out. I have a few people in mind who have good dev experience. Message me on the side if ur interested.

Hardly, but I'm learning. Honestly more of a designer type like you, idea guy type. Been using AI for most of my coding, but I know the bare bone basics of coding and do want to up my dev skills. Also pretty good at pixel/game art. Natural artist. Got a few pieces I made back in the day on my portfolio.

While establishing a U.S. Crypto Strategic Reserve might legitimize crypto assets, doesn’t government ownership fundamentally undermine the decentralized ethos that drew us to crypto in the first place? Curious to hear how the community sees this potential paradox.

I think this will be the ultimate litmus test to see just how decentralized and censorship resistant crypto really is. It's all permissionless, or at least it's claimed to be, so there's nothing stopping big gov buying up all the coins if they wanted to. Interesting to see how the ecosystem evolves as a result of this.

what’s most bullish to me about this, and the general state of political affairs, is that we are ready to build Venice. we spent the last 3 (or 7, or 14) years building the capacity to create a net new state. all the tools are ready, now the roads are clear and the impetus is strong enough. it’s time.

Of course, the AI itself could always use improvements. There have been times where I ask the AI to do something, it acts like it's making changes, but then it doesn't do anything to the code. This tends to happen with particularly complex changes I've noticed.
