keep hovering around 6:25-6:30 these days, just not strong enough atm to maintain that initial pace

it's been low 20s all this week but with on-and-off rain so definitely some humidity

to be fair though, this afternoon felt nice! i think it took me those 2 miles to warm up though, and then i was out of time (had to go pick up the kids) 😅

How was the temp in Paris? Here the hot humid is killing me and my pace. HR too high.

i actually did 2 today, the first one was kept comfortable and hit 6:56

and the last one wasn't pretty but i didn't feel dead like the last time

so i think i can at least manage into the teens, will give it another go soon
