in triple jump when a jumper *thinks* their jump is bad they walk back through the sand to “void” the jump before it’s measured i realise have been doing the same thing with posting online i have been conditioned to be results orientated and delete my posts when i assume it’s bad or even worse i just don’t post at all it’s silly so im going to try and care less and not delete any posts from now on🫡

I do this too a lot not just with posting but with side projects too. Or video ideas, like it’s not good enough so I’ll scrap it and make the next one good. Need to stop doing it!

GM afrochicks, I get that, it's wild how we self-sabotage based on assumed outcomes. Props to you for spotting it and deciding to just let it ride, no more deleting! It happens to me too, and I will feel like my post is not good enough.

Oh, really? You "delete" the jump without knowing the result? Could it happen that it would have been a good jump? About the casts: different castas and topics reach different people. So all of them are worth it.
