in triple jump when a jumper *thinks* their jump is bad 

they walk back through the sand to “void” the jump before it’s measured 

i realise have been doing the same thing with posting online 

i have been conditioned to be results orientated and delete my posts when i assume it’s bad 

or even worse i just don’t post at all

it’s silly so im going to try and care less and not delete any posts from now on🫡
