from my experience warpcast has the lowest barrier of entry for being paid for content creation > i have 50k tiktok followers averaging 100k views per vid, i’m in the creator fund but not monetised cos vids are not over 1 minute long > 10k followers on instagram, decent reels views, most recent monetisation in app offer was £100 for 3 reels for huge company + most opportunities are gifted > my husband has 15k subs and 3 mil total views on youtube and gets around £170-£200 a month from monetisation - and it’s still incredibly hard to qualify for that shout out @dwr.eth and @v for changing the game so you don’t have to jump through crazy hoops to get paid

to add - it’s not *easy* to monetise here but i still think barrier of entry is much lower than other platforms i think that could change though as more people get on here :)

one of the wildest things is that those platforms have ads which means they have tremendous amount of revenue farcaster doesn't even have ads!

These are crazy metrics when you compare them one to one like this! I knew the web2 platforms weren’t great for most creators but I had no idea it was that awful. They’d be nothing without their content creators!
