we can’t have AI healthcare without owning our health records. and we can’t own our health records without private and secure blockchains.

I have thought about this a lot and still have not come to a clear conclusion. Would most people want ownership of their health record? It sounds like a silly question at first.

First, no thank you on AI healthcare. Second, you do not need a blockchain for this. It does makes the data more secure and private but it’s not required. We DO need blockchains to validate/verify AI agents. This ensures that the AI healthcare bot you engage with is from your PCP and not a spoofing to be your PCP.

A big unlock comes with trusting data and storing your own. JARVIS AI where it’s just like a better version of you. Health mental and physical improves radically.

The success of personal AI assistants is predicated either on a surveillance state where the AI knows everything, or the proliferation of local-first private AI models that run on personal servers. Big part of why we’re working on personal servers at @comm.eth

Awesome to actually see a picture of it! Been working in healthcare tech for years and handling sensitive data is so broken. I’ve been lobbying for transitioning into x-road in the capital city, which is an open source blockchain based healthcare system used in several other European countries. Check it out!
