This is really a great question. Thinking in terms of layers in software engineering, as the blocks are the lower layer, and as there are other layers atop (e.g. DApp Front & ...), "A" seems more rational. But, the "on" in onchain & the imagination involved about "UP"loading, makes "B" more Natural. I go w UP ⬆️

light switches, download/upload, etc... in all cases down is off and "taking away" whereas up is on and "putting in" I lean B, though it still feels too close to upload?
