Went to a Balam, a Tulum-styled restaurant at the new Royalmount mall in MTL this weekend with @matthewb 

Dish 1: Hamachi y Atùn Tiradito 🐟
Fresh hamachi, yellowfin tuna, cucumber drenched in soy, yuzu, passionfruit and habanero. Flavours 11/10

Went to Royalmount for the first time, big Yorkdale vibes. 

tbh not sure how a luxury mall will hold up in this area long term

✅ excellent sourdough bakery 
✅ also makes terrific sandwiches
✅ best place ever

my sister is expecting so omw to Montréal with my dad. putting big dawg on Avicii
