I havenโ€™t tried this myself, but Brick seems pretty neat. Similar to other screen time limiting apps, but itโ€™s hardware backed. So you brick IG, TikTok, etc, step out for the day (leave the brick behind ofc), and you canโ€™t re-enable the bricked apps until you get home. https://getbrick.app

Freedom works well enough for me. It could have better UX but it is the most complete and effective cross device blocker I have tried.

apps dont work too well for me. heres what i do - make a list with checkboxes - set a timer - remove anything that can be distracting from eye sight. take your phone out of your pocket and put it in a cabinet. - play some lofi, instrumental music - turn on dnd everywhere - dont context switch, if compiling, wait.
