i've been eating so healthy the last two months (and have been rigorously tracking macros) to the point where a cheat meal doesn't even feel good anymore just feel bloated and have an urge to go on a 5 mile walk. barely even drank in march, just some wine here and there

Congratulations. It is hard to be so on track with good habits. I have been without alcohol for a year now , no caffeine and eating more or less healthy 😀 I love too much sweets
