The pasta was store bought. A bit like rice noodles texture wise. Would be great in a salad, the color is really beautiful.

They were both delicious in different ways! The pumpkin flowers are very delicate and have to be eaten fast, so precious!

The soup on the other hand I made a lot and have been eating for a few weeks, plus the weeds are so abundant. I guess it's just as precious, just not as rare /scarce.
