I just visited someone's profile page to look for a recent thread I forgot to bookmark, and accidentally clicked the unfollow button while I was there. Not the first time that's happened. This time I realized it right away and re-followed. But there have been other "mystery unfollows" that I didn't intend... yet I only noticed it months later when I wondered why I wasn't seeing their casts in my feed anymore. 😮

I didn’t get notified that @torii-stories commented on 3 of my casts. I just b Happened to see them when I was looking back on the thread to find another comment. Some days things make no sense!

I sometimes go back and manually click on my casts and replies to make sure I didn’t miss any not everyday though.

It seems warpcast optimizes for top level casts. And maybe one level of replies from who they belive is good. The rest they either don't care or actively hide and make very difficult to see. Hopefully they can recognize at some point the value in deeper and continued convos. The users certainly do.

I have noticed this as well. When it’s a surface level conversation is looks great in the comments but when things continue on, it’s troublesome

I think this is a valid point. Replies are too buried right now. I even lose track of conversations because I can’t see them all easily!

There have been a lot of complaints (including from me) about the issue with how threads are displayed. The Merkle team is well aware of the problem, and I do think they care -- I've seen them mention that it's on their list of things to address. But other things are higher on their priority list for the moment.
