If your building consumer how do you find the first 50 users to test? How has that changed in web3?

For us, it’s been much of the same (with only difference being actively trying to avoid a crypto-aware demo) - pulling from the people around you that you don’t know personally. Been testing with college students and people wandering USC’s campus.

easy fix: hit me up and you can access a panel of ~300+ web3 users. hard fix: become a ethnographer and camp in multiple communities, build trust, provide value, and source recruits that way.

Undropped alpha from $last_job: launch a waitlist. For someone with status & following like yourself (hence, likely to gain early user traction), if you launch a waitlist for your product with an opt-in you can reach out to those early adopters to participate in testing.
