stretch, foam roll, and also theragun !!! my brother is professional athlete and swears by his theragun. cc @coach-holness you may have some good tips here, too :)

same happens to me when i train legs, my adductors get really tight and i recently learned it’s because my glutes aren’t strong enough and my inner thighs over compensate. probably a clue to some imbalance that can inform future training.

+1 on magnesium! Make sure you get magnesium L threonate there are a bunch of different kinds! Also heat therapy! bath, hot tub, hot shower!
