ok so i strength trained for the first time in a while and woke up w insane tightness in my thighs 🥹 are there any hacks? drinking a ton of water and bought a foam roller at 8am

same happens to me when i train legs, my adductors get really tight and i recently learned it’s because my glutes aren’t strong enough and my inner thighs over compensate. probably a clue to some imbalance that can inform future training.

interesssssting. i’ve always done more cardio/HIIT by default, strength training is newer terrain for me!
