Some things I'd like to see - More engagement from funded builders: we funded a lot of people with our bull market treasury! Feels like many are quiet now. I would like to see these people continuing to hold the banner during the downturn. - Smaller/leaner/more experimental props, to match current revenue reality.

Fund more props with smaller budgets and run a 5 x 100 ETH PH every quarter to reward the ones generating a lot of: - traction/reach - props - talents onboarding - public good - smiles/vibes - DAO inflow? = incentive alignement and massive PR (500 ETH is like a large nouns proposal atm)

More media production More tools Require both to be onchain and share ETH back with the treasury. Build tools to make this part standard and easy. End the year with some diverse and constant ETH streams to Nouns. Increase % of ETH earned outside of auctions.
