How cool is that? Added support for prop/candi 'forking'. This allow proposal and candidate drafts to be created from already existing ones. Useful to e.g. rerun previous proposals, or bypass the need to recreate complicated proposal actions. As always s/o to @olli for coming up with an implementing the idea.

Updated after community feedback: - 83% ($10k) of the funding ask will go directly to players as prize money. The remaining funds will be used for marketing and overhead. The hours put in by TheGathering team and Krel are pro bono. - TheGathering will run multiple tournaments over the course of ~6 months, giving us the opportunity to learn and iterate based on results - Plan to experiment with paying out prize money as crypto (USDC) in select tournaments - Information about Nouns and how to receive payment in crypto will be available on tournament pages (when applicable) - Additionally, Krel acts as a bridge to pick up any interest in Nouns from the Timeless/Magic communities

Had a cache bug that created faulty timestamps, ie "Editable for another x hours" would not update properly. Its now solved.
