Workout #4 -Week #2 Unfortunately I was down and out sick over the weekend so I had a couple rest days but back at it pushing harder. After week #1 shaved - 2.5lbs Plan to beat that this week πŸ”₯πŸ”₯ Anyone have any good abb workout routines you would like to share ? I’d love to hear some challenges.

Right now just cut . 5 years ago I was in great shape because my work was very physically demanding but now I’m the region project and construction manager for heavy industrial so my days are now 95% office . Time to get back in shape. I wanna cut right down then put on muscle once I hit 155 /165

Of course, I’m training too, but I think this could work wellπŸ˜… :‏ to end your sessions πŸ’ͺ🏼Mountain Climbers: 40 seconds πŸ’ͺ🏼Twisting Bicycle Crunches: 20 reps per side πŸ’ͺ🏼3-4 rounds, 15-20 sec rest between exercises, 1 min between rounds πŸ’ͺ🏼5-min cool-down: walk + stretch (hamstrings, hip flexors, lower back)
