Workout #4 -Week #2 Unfortunately I was down and out sick over the weekend so I had a couple rest days but back at it pushing harder. After week #1 shaved - 2.5lbs Plan to beat that this week π₯π₯ Anyone have any good abb workout routines you would like to share ? Iβd love to hear some challenges.

Right now just cut . 5 years ago I was in great shape because my work was very physically demanding but now Iβm the region project and construction manager for heavy industrial so my days are now 95% office . Time to get back in shape. I wanna cut right down then put on muscle once I hit 155 /165

Of course, Iβm training too, but I think this could work wellπ :β to end your sessions πͺπΌMountain Climbers: 40 seconds πͺπΌTwisting Bicycle Crunches: 20 reps per side πͺπΌ3-4 rounds, 15-20 sec rest between exercises, 1 min between rounds πͺπΌ5-min cool-down: walk + stretch (hamstrings, hip flexors, lower back)
