Workout #4 -Week #2 Unfortunately I was down and out sick over the weekend so I had a couple rest days but back at it pushing harder. After week #1 shaved - 2.5lbs Plan to beat that this week π₯π₯ Anyone have any good abb workout routines you would like to share ? Iβd love to hear some challenges.
