Workout #4 -Week #2 Unfortunately I was down and out sick over the weekend so I had a couple rest days but back at it pushing harder. After week #1 shaved - 2.5lbs Plan to beat that this week 🔥🔥 Anyone have any good abb workout routines you would like to share ? I’d love to hear some challenges.

Right now just cut . 5 years ago I was in great shape because my work was very physically demanding but now I’m the region project and construction manager for heavy industrial so my days are now 95% office . Time to get back in shape. I wanna cut right down then put on muscle once I hit 155 /165
