I have this weird feeling that good customer service and a great product is enough to sustain a business. My next question is whether it scales the business 🤔 I don’t know what the X factor is for scale.

You need to scale sniffing. If the customers get a whiff they will want a hit (or a candle). Maybe a sampler for order?

A lot of small businesses when they start do freebies like samplers but most of the time they’re a hassle and don’t lead to a significant increase in orders 🤔

Maybe cheaper samplers. Not sure if that would even make sense with your production technique tho

i like scaling sniffing actually either sets of mini candles (cos they cute, you'll have existing customers also buy them possibly as a small gift set) or scratch and sniff paper things which are accurate in scent (no idea how easy/difficult/costly this is)

i wouldn't give free mini candles as samples tho, just make them enticing w free/reduced shipping costs (nfa since i've never actually ran a business) i'd also have them sold as a three in themes or something
