I have this weird feeling that good customer service and a great product is enough to sustain a business. My next question is whether it scales the business 🤔 I don’t know what the X factor is for scale.

You need to scale sniffing. If the customers get a whiff they will want a hit (or a candle). Maybe a sampler for order?

amazon scaled good customer service to incomprehensible levels, beyond every preconceived notion attached to fraud (imo) what many thought was limited by fraud, grew beyond fraud (refund anything to maintain customer lotalty)
