Today I've gone 202 days without drinking any alcohol; I stopped drinking last year because I didn't like after all day/week, feeling like a drink was what made me feel better to help kick back and unwind In addition to that, I also have 3 kids and didn't want them to grow up perceiving that drinking was something I did in the evening or on the weekend, to relax or have more funβI want them to associate constructive and healthy habits in as many things as possible that I do So anyhow, now for many months, I've been working out, reading books, and other things, etc., instead; it's been great I highly recommend giving up drinking if you've been thinking about it π€ π

love to read this as Iβve been considering the same. Have drastically decreased it already for a couple of years but sporadically having a drink in some specific situations.
