for almost a year i’ve been going to sleep with my earphones on due to an increase in panic/anxiety attacks — would use binaural frequencies type of sounds, which truly helped. yesterday was different. no earphones. no sound. nada. just listened to the silence. felt good! we keep going! have an awesome one today!

regardless of using it or not, I've read many people comparing rodeo to instagram. but i don't think it's a valid one. on ig, people have always curated their gallery more, which for me is closer to the 'only mint your best work' mindset, whereas on rodeo the approach is more about experimentation and finding alternative work that wouldn't be a fit for the former. wondering if that will change at some point.

one of the few goals I set for this year is to have my own working space outside of the house, preferably not even within a walking distance from it. 5y into home office and can clearly see how its benefits have almost completely disappeared.

spent almost 7h out. Haven’t seen so much snow in Berlin in years! Tbh I haven’t shot street for over a year. Felt disconnected with it. Or even bored? So today was really about the process. The practice. Having a good time capturing the mundane. The snow made it special! Felt like my happy place again.
