For the most part of my life, I've always been a casual/social drinker; this past year I gave up all alcohol and started working out more; this week is 100 days in Thoughts on effects: + Less stressed + Less depressed + Less weight + Sleep better + More muscle + More tempered + More energy + More mental awareness and fortitude + Overall more balanced and happy Anyhow, YMMV, but glad I gave it up; sharing my experience in case anyone out there is thinking about it 🀝 πŸ‘

BTW, noticed when I was hanging out at Devcon, how many people weren't drinking; feel like a lot has changed in recent years (or maybe I just changed 🀣); so many people having a blast, hanging out at night, talking about Base, building the future of finance, an open internet, and having fun

Nice! What is a "casual drinker"? Like once a week? Or more like once in 3 weeks. I'm currently in the a glass of wine/ cocktail once in 3/4 weeks :P *Not some rule. Just don't crave alcohol/ dehydration lmao

Amazing! Congrats. I ditched alcohol 11 years ago. Best decision ever.
