write down everything you think about yourself on the eve of this date. what you have achieved, what you are working on, what you dream about, and so on. seal it in a bottle and break it in exactly 10 years.

Ibuprofen (and all NSAID) are actually super bad for the lining of your stomach. When I turned 29 my stomach pain started and I began dealing with GERD, having to watch my diet for the first time in my life. If you don't have stomach issues, congrats, spend your 30s doing whatever it takes to stay that way.

idk if it already hit, but the hangover thing is fucking real. i heard โ€œoh this isnโ€™t the same after 21, 25, 30, etcโ€ฆโ€ all of that was a lie, except one: day i turned 30, the hangovers were so fucking bad i literally cut drinking by 95%. i drink maybe twice a YEAR.

Don't stop moving, it's way harder to get back in shape past 30 Never skip a wedding or a funeral Ask if what made you happy 5 years ago still does today, focus on what you think will still make you happy in 5 years Maximize bets on yourself and your family

Have you ever thought about how you look at the most common problems of older generations and think to yourself, 'oh, that's probably going to happen to me', but when you look at the most common problems of your similarly aged peers and cohorts, you think to yourself, 'what's wrong with these people?' You might be ok.
