Cold pressed, glass bottled seed oils are fine, but once you heat up oils like sunflower oil, it releases aldehydes, plus it goes rancid quite fast, probably fine if you heat up an egg on medium heat, but harmful if deep fried. Best to use olive oil for low heat and coconut or animal fats for high heat.

What seed oils are you talking about? Most of the seed oils are safe but NOT healthy for you. Paint chips now a days are safe to eat but not good for you. Most of the studies you find are actually being written by ladies and gents that are being paid by whatever seed oil producers . They are the ones giving funding to the people who write the case studies, so they are very incentivised to portray the product in a positive light

Lol @ comments in here. Yes seed oils are safe, we've been eating em for millenia dumdums No obv not all seeds are safe but the ones being sold in your supermarkets are generally. Dead customers tend to be bad for business.
