Cold pressed, glass bottled seed oils are fine, but once you heat up oils like sunflower oil, it releases aldehydes, plus it goes rancid quite fast, probably fine if you heat up an egg on medium heat, but harmful if deep fried. Best to use olive oil for low heat and coconut or animal fats for high heat.

You're the first person I have seen that knows what they're talking about. Paint chips these days are safe, but not healthy for you to consume. Next they'll be telling everyone canola oil is safe
