No obv not all seeds are safe but the ones being sold in your supermarkets are generally. Dead customers tend to be bad for business.

I can assure you that 3rd world countries are eating seed oils as well. Unlike heroin, seed oils aren't addictive

Just like heroin dealers, the FDA doesn't want to kill their customers cause they're a customer for life.
You may not die the day you  consume seed oil, but it's designed to slowly make you dumb, slow, fat, and sick. North America is the worst food standard in the world. The same products you get here have totally different ingredients if you were to buy it in Europe.
There's something crazy like 20k ingredients you find in products here are baned else where in the world, even what we consider 3rd world countries wouldn't eat most of the shit we do .
