token agnosticism is well and good, especially for dan. he won't openly support any specific token and he's right not to. he's also likely to donate all of his moxie rewards. generous and noble but little value will accrue to his fan token. i expect ted and co to do the same thing.

long and short, they will never be active participants in the moxie token economy. nothing personal; their fan tokens are just bad long-term investments, imo.

I've been fascinated with the psychological dynamics of this whole fan token thing, both as the subject of a fan token, and the holder of many.  I've been hesitant to sell, even though some of my early purchases aren't all that aligned with the strategy I've arrived at so far.  And I've been hesitant because I feel a little bad about selling someone's fan tokens!  I don't wanna hurt their feelings! 🤣

exactly that. disinterested, non-participatory. trying to avoid charged language; it's not an accusation, just an observation that makes their fan tokens less valuable, imo.

i'm not annoyed. i just don't think my money will multiply as quickly in dan fan tokens as other, hungrier, moxie-aligned participants. i'd rather help a moonshot succeed than help dan subsidize his charity work.

I sold 99 percent of my Ted yesterday or the day before bought more of yours. I expected more. I may dump Dan as well. Glad I'm not the only one annoyed by it.

Smart move on dan. I dumped them all last week as well.  Just not a great idea to be involved with people that can’t or don’t want to be involved. Moxie just doesn’t make sense when there are no buybacks and it all goes to charity

some first gen fan tokens were automatic, not opted-in by the entity (afaik).

totally reasonable for people to not care about something they didn't ask for. and, in turn, reasonable for me to reprice their token.
