Need some advice. I’ve tried maybe 4 different CRMs and they are either very hard to use or super expensive for early stage. Any suggestions? Doing everything in google sheet right now after ditching HubSpot

I think it definitely depends on the level of involvement you want with it, and how deeply integrated it may or may not need to be with your overall project management & organizational operations. There were some solid recommendations here with Attio & I guess Monday CRM, but here’s a few other options you may not have heard of yet, which may vary depending on exact needs: • clay.earth • getdex.com • copper.com • dubsado.com • plutio.com

I’ve never tried it but I heard Zoho CRM has a free plan offering for 3 seats and 500 contacts. Not sure if that’s still offered. Hope this helps!

A bunch of SQLite tables (or even GSheets) hooked up to Ultorg can equal minimum viable CRUD apps in many cases. https://www.ultorg.com/

Consider trying Pipedrive or Close.io. Both are user-friendly and offer affordable plans for startups. They also integrate well with Google Sheets if you prefer to use that for some tasks.

How high level CRM do you need? From my experience with CRMs in most cases google sheet might actually be the best option :)

If you use Gmail, maybe Streak is a good fit. Sits inside Gmail almost exclusively.
