it does. but i think similar situations can happen in decentralized solutions that we assume to be more censorship resistant (eg. giveth’s terms of use basically allows them to block anyone, gitcoin’s terms can be interpreted like this etc) once you get ETH/BTC in your wallet, your chances are much better ofc
