Have you ever gotten a test result so ridiculous that you had to double check your understanding of basic stats? Anyway, looks like I shouldn’t be scared of osteoporosis. Osteoporosis should be scared of me. (Z-score of 5 checking in.)

When I lived in Ohio, “hiking” was just walking on a slight incline in nature, not scrambling up exposed rock. I would’ve shat my pants on this hike before, but now with a lil outdoor climbing experience, this was pure Type I fun☀️🍂
