Zora and Rodeo rely on low cost, high volume business models. Onchain creators are skeptical. Yet, neither exudes confidence in brand messaging: -Zora: you post here -Rodeo: you experiment here Zora's token model wins, but they need to onboard the existing talented onchain creators who remain skeptical (more interesting content actually true here. Selling social posts isn't what onchain creators want. Rodeo...idk. Sad that VC money dictated a meta that seemingly avoids building for onchain creatives, of which there are tonnes

I’ve been playing around with minting ever since our chat. I’ve even had a few people collect! As I earn sparks I collect other people’s work. The flywheel is there for sure. My issue is personal discovery. I still end up mostly finding stuff outside of Zora and often forget to open the app and browse. Not sure what will create that stickiness.

It's amazing that referral sparks are so satisfying despite the feed being a wip (lots of repeats, old updates, etc). I think with some improvements browsing will be way more enjoyable in-app, but totally agree it's not there yet

Why sparks though? What was the impetus for that. It’s a turn off for me. Why not just deal in eth/base-eth/zora-eth?
