Haven’t rowed a 2K in forever

This hurts 🥵

It’s a crime that running fitness does not correlate to rowing fitness as well as it should 😩

I was a rower 25 years ago. 
Yesterday in my hotel gym I tried the rower for the first time in 25 years… was difficult to keep a pace under 2 min. 🥵

Resistance is at like a 3 on the Model D. Even when I was rowing a lot I didn’t go much faster than 33 spm. Anything faster and my finish feels short ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

29 s/m at 1:40 m pace sounds odd?

Are you on a high resistance lvl? 
That seems odd to me that your strokes are so low
