This is something that I am trying to do more of in my life. After losing my little brother this year, I realized how much time I have been wasting on shit that doesn’t matter. How many times I pushed off a chance to spend tie with him because I was busy with something that doesn’t matter. 

When you’re on your deathbed (if you even get that far), you won’t look back and wish you’d spent more time at work.

I remember losing a friend in 2022 to a minor sickness. Finished exams early and went home, she stayed back cuz she wasn’t done. Throughout that time we didn’t talk at all, apparently she was sick..went to the school clinic, she was doing okay after that ..she went home after her exams and all of a sudden she was sick again, she later died few days after being admitted in the hospital Mind you all of this happened and I wasn’t aware, I was just in my own world…and my friend was battling with hers, alone cuz none of us(other friends including me) knew about it. I still feel guilty when I think about it. If I could go back in time and change just one thing it would be just check up on her to know how she’s doing .. cuz I know I suck at texting…but I’ve changed now tho My story is too long😅…anyways just cherish what you have while you have it, you don’t know when you might lose it
