I got my O-1 visa a few months ago. It was a brutal, subjective, and incredibly stressful process. I was also raising a seed round at the same time so that didn’t help. Got rejected once and approved on the second try. If you’re planning on applying for an O-1 and need help, feel free to reach out.

As someone that took 30+ years to get my LPR I feel you on this. Congrats! The great aspect of an O-1 is it is dual intent so you’re golden now if you want to stay compared to other visas.

Congratulations!! I also got O-1, but in 2022. It took me 18 months, 2 RFEs(requests for evidence) & 1 rejection to get approved. And after interview and approval they lost my case and I had to stay 1 months in Dubai 😅 Now I’m married and applied for Green card and this process also takes minimum 12 months…
