once again i am back on my bullshit (in search of wknd travel recs) — now the DC version restaurants, bakeries, coffee, bars, live music, any kind of art, cool lil shops, thrift stores, books, records…what’s fun and unique to explore?

Besides food recs ( https://warpcast.com/simondlr/0x9bcdd21e ), my favorite part is a walk in Rock Creek Park. Museum favorites are Smithsonians and Hillwood Estate. Georgetown stroll is nice. Wharf too. Lost City Books and Kramers are great book stores. 😎

Some restaurants I’d recommend: https://mamaayeshas.com/ https://sequoiadc.com/ https://www.ebbitt.com/ Restaurants/coffee shops/live music in Adams Morgan are always fun. It may be cold now but exploring the Memorials, Lincoln, Jefferson, MLK, the monument is always neat. National Gallery of Art too. Enjoy!
