I’ve started leaving my phone at home in the morning while I walk my dogs. Not checking the time allows me to go at their pace and the walk takes the time they need, no rush.9

what about day, week, month, and year? artist brain is too real sometimes, but i love being so intensely alive in the flow of everything that such things seem to only exist on a plane of reality that is far away
