To this day, I don’t understand why most (?) protein powder companies don’t just stick the scoop to the lid initially. Every time I open a new one, I feel like I’m digging for buried treasure trying to find it.

Update: Glad to see this resonates with so many other people 😅 At this point, I think you could launch a new protein with its sole differentiator being instant access to the scooper.

cheaper to yeet it in randomly than to build a new assembly line tool thing that securely attaches it to the varying lid sizes? nobody will not buy it because they have to find the scoop so why spend $ to fix the problem

they could include it as part of the injection mold so it's just a quick snap to take it off, and like magic its always on top of the product. would be a moment of delight to know on the packaging 'looking for the scoop? check under the lid! we don't make you dig' on the label somewhere 💪 💪 💪
