Sorry if I'm a bit off. After my vacation, I got sick when I came home. Maybe it’s the difference between the fresh air and the terrible city air, or perhaps it’s the extreme heat. It could also just be that I miss nature and my wife. 😭 I’ll be back soon, once I feel better.

When we discover what makes us happy, and when love and peace connect, material possessions no longer matter. The system only makes us sicker and more dependent on capital, distancing us from ourselves; everything feels emptier. In reality, we can find the best in the simplicity within us. It feels good to be clear-headed again, to reconnect with my essence. I need to escape the big city, to flee from where the suburbs of capitalism slowly drain my soul, making me think life is empty and that I should only worry about having a good car and pay bills, go to a mall eat a super processed food This was long, was super personal, hit my sensitive essence of enjoy the life, Ive lost it since 2021 and ITS AMAZING BE HAPPY AGAIN THAT MUCH TIME, thank you for read and to be here, virtually touching my reality

Take some time off it's important. Before I went on vacation, I was feeling frustrated, sad, and upset it just wasn't good. Now, I love life again. Nature, leisure, and peace have healed me. Remember, life is happening now!

My vacation is coming to end But today I made a (trail, hiking?) to get on this beach, but was more than 600m of elevation, 40°c and close to 90% humidity Was super hard hahaha
