Fave burger is the Chez Simon double smash. Now at Time Out market. 11/10. Used to drive 30+ mins to get it. Joe Beef if you can get a reso. Excellent oysters. I’m a Mano Cornuto bolognese maxi. Again, if you can get a reso lol. If you’re in Chinatown, I swear by Lan Zhou noodles. There’s always a long line but it’s 1000% worth it. Avoid Old Port restaurants. They’re tourist traps. Except Gibby’s. Excellent steaks.

Were you here for an event? Would have loved to meet you in person! If you’re still in Montreal visit https://m.facebook.com/dolicieux/ Great food and a lovely view of the river on a sunny day. Also my favorite Warpcasting spot!

Poutine - A typical Quebec dish consisting of French fries, white cheese and meat sauce. A famous place for poutine is La Banquise, which offers a variety of poutine variations. Montreal bagels - Unlike New York bagels, Montreal bagels are smaller, denser and sweeter. Try Lox Bagel at St-Viateur Bagel or Fairmount Bagel for an authentic experience. Smoked Meat Sandwich - A very popular smoked meat sandwich in Montreal. Schwartz's Deli is one of the most famous places to try delicious smoked meat sandwiches.
