It is mesmerizing to see people in flow do a craft they’ve perfected over many years. And, most importantly, they genuinely care about the outcome (ie what they deliver to you).

I’m fascinated by them as well, and the culture 🤦🏻‍♀️ there is a certain beauty to watch what you just described, but the big mystery is how?! Like, how can you do the same simple thing over and over again for years and still be passionate and driven to get up in the morning and keep on going!
